Looks like you've got another newbie on the site ^^;; S'okay, I needed somewhere to go to keep me up on my goals...
For random information, I'm a 20-going-21 year, 5'6" old college student who's equipped with DDR and Wii Sports (though DDR is infinitely more effective.) I'm much larger than I wanted to be, as stress and unhealthy sleeping [and subsequently eating] habits have caused a sudden increase of weight that I should have gotten during my freshman year in college if at all [though none is clearly preferred] ... >.>;; Obviously I want to change something about that, or I wouldn't be here, now would I?
I've started my ticker for 180 lbs from my 230, as that was what I was before I entered college, and I'd like to get at least there before I leave it (though that's quite a few pounds of the top, nee?). I've been wanting to lose this weight since the beginning of the semester, and I'm absolutely surprised I managed to keep it stable this whole time. I'd rather be healthier than slimmer, so I'm not concerned all that much about my BMI or anything like that. If I can even lose fifteen pounds without getting off track, I'd be a happy girl.
So I come to you all with the hope that there's enough support to keep me from falling down for the ten millionth time. It's nice to meet you all ^^

Welcome! Sorry, I've been a little lax in the welcome department. We're in a winter lull right now, but the boards will probably pick up a bit over the enxt month. We may be quiet, but we are here should any questions arise.
