Hi everyone!
My name's Grace, I'm fifteen years old, and five foot six. Basically, I'm unhappy with my weight and I really need to get healthier as well. I'm not very sure what my weight is exactly, somewhere between 150-160, maybe Even more now.. And that is not healthy for a teen girl.
I'm in karate which I go to every Monday and Wednesday for an hour, but that is definitely not enough. I'm in school again now and walking up and down three flights of stairs about 8 hours, five days a week helps too, but again, not enough.
I'm trying my best to eat less and healthier food, and drink lots of water which is the first step to getting healthy and losing weight, right? Anyway, I have DDR for the Wii and I am going to ask my parents to get Wii Fit, which they want to anyway so that's not a problem, and I want to lose 20-30 pounds at least.
I came here to get some helpful tips and also to talk to people and make new friends.
So, anyway, how should I go about using DDR and soon Wii Fit to lose weight? Any other tips not regarding DDR and Wii Fit helps too ^^

So far your plan sounds good. The key thing is consistency. Get on the pad and play regularly, even if it's just for one song. Best of luck and I look forward to hearing aobut your progress!
