I've noticed that some of you have said that you 'eat healthy' along with your daily workouts, and I was wondering if any of you would mind sharing what kind of diet you follow or what foods you eat/don't eat in order to help you lose weight along with your DDR routines. .? I've started playing DDR again for a few days now so I can lose some weight before the summer ends, and as far as eating healthier, I'd like to know what has helped you all so far! Thanks

Basically, it boils down to:
-Eat more vegetables -Cut out any sugary drinks (Soda, fruit juices, vitamin waters, etc) -Cut out or greatly reduce "white" foods (starches, potatoes, rice, pasta, etc) -Eat out less, make your food more -Control portions
