About 3-4 years ago, I played DDR a LOT during the summer and lost about 15 lbs in 1 1/2 month. I sort of stopped playing after that because of school but haven't gained any weight back. After arriving from a camp this summer, I had gained 5 lbs in a month (grrr, cafeteria food!) and weighed 123 at around a height of 5'1-5'2. I've always been 118 since I lost the 15 lbs 4 years ago, and so I lost the 5 lbs in about the last 4-5 days playing DDR for a little more than an hour each day on heavy--is this normal? (probably water weight, but I hope it doesn't come back). I'm back to 118.5 lbs now, and I was just wondering that if I kept eating healthy (lots of salads, some fruit) and played DDR on heavy for about an hour each day, I can keep it off and even lose some more? Thanks for the help!
And yes... I know that I'm not at an UNHEALTHY weight, but I'd like to lose about 5-10 more pounds
