I need to start eating healthier. I do usually have a salad for lunch (should I add grilled chicken or some kind of protein to it), and some protein(steak or burger..no bun)and baked potato or chicken and rice for dinner. What are some healthy snacks? I eat waaayyyy too many 100 cal packs!!! Thanks!

You need to eat a small meal about every 3 hours or so to keep your metabolism up. Carbs ARE okay, as long as they're good, whole complex carbs like wheat bread, whole grains, etc. Try not to eat too much as the day goes on. Your breakfast should be the biggest meal, with each meal getting smaller as the day goes on. It's hard, but no one said losing weight was easy. Last, and most importantly, NO 100-CALORIE SNACK PACKS. All they are is junk food in condensed packages. A lot of people assume that just because the "100-Calorie" tag is on them, they're okay. No way. If you want to lose weight, you should plan on only having one cheat meal a week. When I was dieting, if I had a single cookie, I'd consider that my cheat whether I wanted to or not.
