I'm new here and I'd like to see some results with my DDR game. I bought DDR Hottest Party for the Wii just a few months ago, but I'm unaware of what to do. I want to have a healthy weight loss per week.
I'd like to know: How many days should I get on a week? How long should I get on/ how many calories to burn? When did you start seeing results?
Thx a lot! ;D

You can play DDR as many days as you like, especially if you're still on a lower difficulty. Calories shouldn't be too big of a concern, because they're calorie-tracking system is far from perfect. If you want the closest results to how many calories you're actually burning, try setting the weight at 0.0. As for time it takes to see results, it depends on how willing you are to put an effort into it. Losing weight requires more than just exercise, diet's just as big (if not a bigger) factor than exercise. So, what's your diet look like?

Oh yes, diet is important. I guess i should work on that.
*I may have one fruit (like an apple) every other day. *I unfortunately miss breakfast. *Lunch varies from a can of soup to a home-made sandwich *I try to take in at least 4 cups of water and lately I've been avoiding sodas. *As far as dinner, I may tend to have "seconds". Typically dinner is a meat/fish, a side dish (like rice or macaroni and cheese) and a vegetable (sometimes canned vegetables)
I hope thats enough info!

A few diet tips:
-More fruits and vegetables. They really should be the bulk of your diet -Do not skip breakfast. You need that initial kickstart to your metabolism, otherwise it'll stay fairly low until you get some food in you. Breakfast should be high protein, high fiber. That will help keep your blood sugar levels fairly steady.
Otherwise, things sound pretty good overall. Keep you side dish portion small, and go for the vegetables first, then the protein.

I'd say you should get on it everyday for half an hour atleast.
