So, apparently since ITG has pretty much become In The Grave, it seems that Kyle Ward has started another project. It's called Pump it up Pro. The general statements made about it... - Features standard 5 panel (center + 4 diagonals) PIU pad layout - Not an official part of the PIU series; more of a sideshow - Includes a large amount of music from ITG, ITG2, and ITG3 (Mainly, music by KaW and aliases, Affinity, and Onyx from what I've seen) - "5 panel game for 4 panel players" - Features a slightly more ITG-esque scoring and judgement system Some vids: media.rhythmatic.net/index.php?dir=Pump%20Pro/I never thought I'd say this, but I'm actually pumped (pun intended) about a 5 panel dance game. If there's something that'll make me make the switch, this'll be it. So anyway... discuss.

Fascinating, and a brilliant move by Andamiro. Embracing the "competition" as it were, rather than fighting it via lawsuits. Not entirely surprising, given the relationship Roxor and Andamiro had (the ITG2 Dedicab was produced by Andamiro, was it not?).

Yeah. Heck, the words "Pump it up" are on the marquee of the ITG2 dedicabs if you look close enough.
And I'm not surprised it's 5 panel. Another 4 panel game (aside from DDR) would be impossible, since Konami essentially won the battle on that case.

I really like how they kept the same general idea in the stepcharts of past ITG songs.
