At my arcade there's these 2 ITG2 machines. I tried to use my flash drive with them, but all I got was "card mount error". What's the deal? Is this a problem with my card, me, or the machine, and how do I fix it?
Thanks in advance.

This popped up somewhere else on these boards a while ago (I think legend asked the question). There's a directory structure that ITG looks for on the thumb drive, and you can manually create that and it should fix the problem. Check the forums at roxorgames.com.

Well supposedly the machine will automatically do that for you. I'm starting to think my drive's just not compatible. People seem to have problems getting larger drives to work correctly, and mine is a 1GB drive.
If that's the case, no big deal... I probably have a 32mb drive lying around somewhere which might work.

If not, you can usually pick up small drives at either Target or Staples for under $20. I think I paid $15 for my 256MB drive a year ago.

all i do(same with T-14-(legend))is unplug the machine then plug it back in, always works. just put your usb in before you put in your credits cause it will get rid of them.

The drive was formatted in FAT for some reason. I reformatted it to FAT32. Maybe that'll fix it?

Didn't fix it. I've probably just got an incompatible drive.

Before giving up, you might try putting the necessary folders on the root of the drive to see if that helps at all. That is what I had to do to get mine to work.

Well, someone else said that I'd have to uninstall the U3 software on the stick. I'll try adding the folders first, and then if it doesn't work, I can try uninstalling the software.
Any idea what folders I'd need to make (or where I can find what folders I need to add)?

Umm, am I blind or is there no mention of the directories I need to create?
Well if I'm to guess, I'd assume I have to put a folder named "In The Groove 2" or something, but I don't seem to be seeing anything there about it.
EDIT: I looked, and I found under the loading edits section mention of an "In The Groove" and "In The Groove 2" directories, each containing an "Edits" folder. Is that all I need to add?

Meh, card still doesn't work. Someone says that any cards with U3 are incompatible? If that's the case, I'm screwed then. This card's got U3 and no way to get rid of it.

Hope has been restored! I found a way to disable the U3 launchpad. There's still a chance I can get this to work!
If not... well, there's always the option of buying a small, cheap drive.

Shoot, Staples has 64 MB drives sitting in a bucket at the checkout counter for $7.99.
