the flux is flat. It's the afterburner that has sunken arrows.

Really? They bevel the corners of the panels on the Flux to make them even with the corner brackets?

The flus isn't "softpad" flat, the panels still go down when you step on them. Add the arcade mod and they go even lower though.

I have the mod on my flux and the arrows are indeed lowered. Now, it doesn't quite *feel* like the arcade (to me), but it's still noticable

There is no corner bracket no the flux, its under the lexan panel.

I got my arcade mod today, I actually put the mod over the existing lexan to make it even higher... (if it didn't feel right I was going to do it the 'right' way) Got a 92%+ on some original simfiles on Stepmania. (Played in socks and no stubbing toes either) I'm very impressed! My question is this, is the surface of the Flux arrow panel flush with the corner bracket? I'd say 1 mm for the 4 brackets connecting the center panel and 1 more mm for the screw head. Not even noticeable in socks really |
