So I got the book body for life. I absolutely love this plan. I work out 5 days a week, this works out for me, after I am done working out I skate for a couple hours and then I go to school. Anyways I eat 6 times a day and the serving sizes are the size of my fist. I feel better and I feel like I have already lost weight which is awesome. Anyways I also get one free day a week.
I heard of this diet before and a friend of mine actually does this. He is a hockey player and he also is a body builder. Anyways it works for him and I feel that it is working for me. I love it. Anyways in case any one is curious about it the book is called "Body For Life" by Bill Phillips.

Sorry to dig up old dirt but this book/plan is pretty good, it worked for a lot of family of mine I just can't afford the diet plan too easily.
