Well, today's the day I start my DDR diet. (Hooray!) But, I've had a question that's been going on for some time in my head.
How many calories should I be taking in daily to lose weight, but to keep myself healthy as well? I've already gotten a set 2 & 1/2 hours of DDR a day, but I need to know what's the healthy or recommended number of calories I should be taking in daily.
I'm 5'11" tall, and weigh 220lbs. I'm looking to drop a good 30-40lbs, and knowing how many calories I should be taking in a day would be extremely helpful. ^-^
Thanks in advance

How old are you? Because that would play a factor, if your a teenager, you need at least 2000 calories a day. And actually, at that level of exercise, if your fully grown, 2000 sounds about right too.

I wouldn't drop too much below 1500 calories per day. You're young, you're active, and you need to let your body know that there's still plenty of food to go around, so it can drop the emergency stores (fat).
