So, if I read this right, you're sleeping 12 hours a day? Eating right and exercise is a good start. Get up, get out, and get some fresh air. Get involved in activities and groups. All of this will help get you back on a regular sleep cycle.

Yes - why on earth are you wanting to sleep more than 12 hours??? I seriously recommend trying to alter the sleep schedule. Get yourself a couple of sugar free energy drinks and make yourself stay awake til at least eight. Sleeping all the time is a sign of depression.
Just waking up every day, eating some ramen and a mcdonalds wrap and then crashing to sleep everything away is a seriously disastrous lifestyle. Even IF you are doing 500 cal of ddr a day - and btw let me stress that the calorie counter in ddr is WAY off so don't think that you are actually burning 500 cal because you are not even close. It's good to use as a standard - play unti x amount every day - good for building a routine. But once again... the amount of sodium that you are eating right now is scary.
Take my advice, try eating the recommended daily fods for a week or two before you concentrate on how many cal you are consuming. Just try try try to limit the sodium and eat some protein, fruits and veggies for a while. I'll bet you will stay awake longer, and you will saving your poor heart.

Focus on the "eat right and exercise" part of it first. Also, it wouldn't hurt to ask your doctor about it too. There could be any number of medical issues in play, from hormonal imbalances, to forms of narcolepsy, to psychological issues. Self medicating with Red Bull is pretty far down on the list of solutions.
