its really quick and very simple and oh so heavenly... 16-24 oz of fresh cranberries about a cup or so of sugar some zest from an orange or clementine, or your fave citrus orange.(zest is to your liking) a slice from said orange and a cinnimon stick or grond cinnamon
put the cranberries, sugar, orange slice and zest in a pot and turn on the heat to medium wait till it starts to thicken into a sauce then add the cinnamon let simmer till the cranberries burst. You can add sugar if it is to tart for your liking.
This recipe is subjective and you really can mess around with it to make it perfect. I made it last year and I just finished making it for today and it is the yum. I have to make som on Wednesday too heh heh put the mad cookin skillz to the test for the men lol. Anyways try it if you dare, for Christmas even. Have a happy Thanksgiving!!!

Even better recipe.
Take top off can Punch hole in bottom of can cut can shaped cranberry mass into slices and enjoy!
