I'm very prone to wrinkles, it runs in the family... I was wondering if DDr helps people with wrinkles too.. It sounds silly but I heard from some people that exercise like DDr can slow down aging...

tecnically any exercise can help slow down the aging process becaue your working your body they way its ment to be worked. if your worried about wrinkles I have a solution, it works so bare with me here.
preperation H, thats right the hemroid cream. back in the day they use to use it in movies to tighten up wrinkles and get rid of bags under the eyes. the secret ingredent was shark oil. this ingredent was disalowed a while ago in the USA but you can still get the origional formula preperation H in Canada at any drugstore. from what I understand it tightens skin, removes rinkles and gets rid of bags under the eyes. it may sound stupid but as far as I know its true. hope this helps
best wishes all.

drinking enough water is another good thing to do as well. If you drink enough water, it helps your skin, keeps it hydrated. Ive noticed it a lot since i started drinking water like a fiend.

Anything that improves circulation of blood to the skin will help diminish the appearance of wrinkles. Have you ever noticed that after a really intense DDR workout, your face feels hot and kind of tight? When we don't move and breath deeply we just can't oxygenate our bodies well enough to "glow" with radiant health. I guess in that way, DDR is great for wrinkles. Even the creases where my wrists and fingers bend on the tops of my hands are firm and youthful looking after a hard DDR session.

To keep my skin looking youthful, I avoid smoking and the Sun. Those two will break down collegen and make you look years older. Wear a hat and wear sunscreen. you'll probably not get wrinkles as bad as your family members if you avoid those 2 things.
