I found this one www.menshealth.com and figured it worked amazingly well. The meal plan was on a mens health site, so I don't know how it will affect women. Shouldn't be too much of a change. It's simple: Take your standard 8-10 inch dinner plate. Every meal, fill half of it with fruits and/or vegetables, 1/4 of it with some sort of protein food (turkey, eggs, etc...), and the other 1/4 with some sort of starch food (potatoes, bread, etc...). The reason this meal plan works better than diets is because the biggest problem with diets is that people will eat the rights foods, usually, but they will eat them in ridiculous portions. By forcing you to measure out what's on your plate, seeing as half your plate will be filled with fruits or veggies, it will keep you from having a mountain of spaghetti or having a massive steak or a pizza that fills the whole plate. The studies have been wonderful for this. It's easy to follow and the results are great.
