So I am not for fad diets cause they never work, at least not permantly with out a buttload of effort, but I am think of eating raw foods only for like 2 weeks. I would eat only foods that are whole and prepared by me, like steamed squash. fresh fruits, and maybe some homade tomatoe soup thrown in there (not totally raw but still really healthy and uber yummy). I would eat nuts for protien. Anyways I am thinking of doing this for a while to see if I can't get some more weight off, plus it's summer and fresh fruits are alaways yummy. So in case any one wants the recipe for the tomato soup here it is.
Tomato Soup
3 Large tomatoes cut up 2tbs of butter 3.5ish cups of vegetable broth 1.5ish cups of skim milk (2% if you if you like it, it just adds more fat)
melt the butter and throw in the tomatos. let them simmer till the skin is wrinkly. Put in the milk and vegetable broth and let simmer to hot then serve. ( I kind of just guestimate how much to put in as far as the milk and vegetable broth go)
It is uber yummy. Better than campells by a long shot and a lot healthier. Heh xstatic you should try this if you go on one of your crazy soup diets again.

As much as I like soup, I have never ever liked the taste of tomato soup....even with the grilled cheese...

Just a tought, I forget not everyone likes tomato soup. heh, I suppose you don't even like tomatos. Oh well just a thought.

actually I LOVE tomatos...ketsup, pasta sauce, whole tomatos, diced, pureed, seasoned, salsa etc etc etc etc etc....just not the soup. *shrugs*

hmm well I can see campells cause it's nasty stuff but I dunno Homemade just tastes good, but that is me not you whateve.

Raw foods will clean you out good. It'd kinda be like a detox diet, especially if you stick to fresh fruits and vegetables.
It's good, though.
