I just got done with some spaghetti squash, and it was uber yummy. The way to make it tasty is steam it in a pan then heat hup or make some spaghetti sauce and pour it over the steamed spaghetti squash, add salt if you want. The spghetti squash is buttery in flavor and very good for you. My daughter actually saw it and wanted it so I got some about a month ago and I liked it so I looked up ways to make it and foudn one that said to searve it with spaghetti squash to make it more appealing to kids, tho my daughter already liked it. Lol it's funny cause she loves her fruits and veggies, guess I am lucky either that or it's in the genes cause I loved em too when I was little too. Anyways just a yummy tip and or recipe for those looking for a good meal.

Agreed and much healthier than regular pasta!
Just another lifestyle change to drop those pounds!

It is!! Once you go to good eating habits, I find anywyas, it is hard to go back to eating junk, it does a number on my system anyways. If I were to eat at Mc Donalds, which is so gross now, I would be double over in pain. Tried it once, I was in a hurry, and well yeah concequences were a night of horrible gas.

Tell me about it..., last night hubby was home late from work, so we ordered... *groan* PIZZA HUT.
I hadn't eaten anything all day, so I had 2 slices. Yeah it as good and all... went to play ITG right after and before I could even put my tokens in, my gut wrenched and I had to make a 10 minute potty trip :-P ICKY!
Ugh, Pizza Hut, you are the devil!
