I recently discovered a brand of juice called Bolthouse Farms and I reeeeeeally dig em. www.bolthouse.com/juice_main.htmlWell... I've sofar tried he Green Goodness, Berry Boost, and the Perfectly Protein. I got the Perfectly Protein one 'cause I have recently become lactose intolerant and reeeeally was craving something milk-like... and yet this is loaded with protein as well? omg perfect for me as a vegetarian right? And best part is that it tastes AWESOME! The green goodness is a little harder to swallow... I mean... it tastes good! BUT it looks like slime someone scraped out of a pond....aaaaand aparently it contains algae....but it's good, and one liter is = to more than 4 servings of friets and vegetables...aaaaand it's filling... SO I've decided to try taking down one green goodness and one perfectly protein a day and have one light meal at some point.... I dunno... it sounds like a healthy way to diet to me... I'm getting protein and calcium and tons of vitamins, and 4 servings of fruits and veggies.... what do you think??

Sounds okay as a diet, but it's not something you can keep up long term (lifelong). As long as it's only being used as a way to push you through plateaus or get you back on track, it's fine.

I tried the berry boost tonight after work, it was really good!!! I like berry stuff. I looked at the green goodness but decided I was in a berry mood. Next time I go grocery shopping I think I will buy a few for a fast meal, or at work. MMMMMM goodness. I need to get something quick and small to snack on that I can hide in my pocket at work.
