Everybody says I am not fat but I still feel fat. And its getting to me. I am not the type that cares enought to not eat or vomit though, its sorta like this with my grades on and off too. I also hate my hair

I'd be willing to bet that you're not fat just from reading that thread about girls' pants. Plus you're probably taller than me, making you even more not fat. ( I'm 5'2".. I hope you're taller than me ). But anyway, yeah. How much do you weigh? And you can change your hair :-P. I'm extremely obsessive with my grades. All A's, all the time, no excuses for me. So I get that. We are our own worst critic, so chances are that you may just need to lighten up on yourself. There's always room for improvement, but there's no need to go overboard on it.

I weigh about anywhere from 192 when I am empty on fuel, to 200 when I am well loaded with a mega burrito some pizza and a pop.
I am 6 foot 3...
And 16% BF says the calipers.
edit: whoa whoa, I just used this tape measure thing and it reads 35-36 in. waist. Whereas my pants are 32-33.
*is confused*

Well, I can't find anyting on the cdc website for body fat, but for your weight ( which I put in as 195, a middle grounds between the two ), you're normal.
... I think I've found it. Although I'm not sure if it's correct, the average male body fat percentage is something like 17%, so that puts you at just about average.
So no. Based on the information you've given me, you are not fat.

Don't worry too much. You think you look a different way than you do because you see yourself in the mirror everyday. You can assume that many people think you're fine the way you look, and when you send them the message about things you don't like about yourself, it gets that thought in their head and makes them see it too.
I hope that made sense. Basically, keep your head up. No one will ever achieve perfection, that's why we're human. Find things about yourself that you love, and build on those things.

Are you FAT, or do you have a GUT?
I'm going to assume you're male, and that this might be your problem (it happens to be mine, btw). If that's the case, dun worry about it. Get rid of gut, go work out some, gain some muscle, it'll all be good in the end =3
Also, you'll notice :
If you decide to start working out, no one with less muscle than you is ever going to question your decision.
However, the MOMENT you wanna lose weight, EVERYONE who weighs more than you is going to ask you *why*.
Just a heads up =3

However, the MOMENT you wanna lose weight, EVERYONE who weighs more than you is going to ask you *why*. Just a heads up =3 ZOMG so true! I was dieting once last year and I told my friends that I was so that they would know not to like try and give me food and stuff, and they were like Why!? and I was like... DUH cuz I'm fat!! I can see why they would try and not to insult me but if I can claim it then it's okay for them to. After all, it's not as if I'm going to stay this way .
