i personally have been on the ddr diet and was sort of wondering if anyone else has any ideas towards losing wieght and good diets. hope the plans dont include me looking like this

I just play a bunch of DDR, probably around forty-five minutes a day, and then don't shove my face full of high-calorie high-fat ( etc... ) food. I don't even calorie count unless for some reason I just so happen to know how much of something I ate and exactly how many calories it has. I just look at the package and decide whether or not I want to waste my calories on that. And to be honest, the addictions are breaking. I used to be addicted to candy ( not chocolate, like the gummy stuff and stuff like chewy sprees ), and omg especially skittles. Now I can't even eat skittles without gagging because they're too sugary for me O.o. I never expected that to happen. I still have absolutely no problem downing caffeine like nobody's business, but it does give me a headache to drink it in large amounts, so I usually don't. I don't drink sodas that often either. When I do, it's clear stuff like Sierra Mist, Sprite, and Sprite REMIX.
So yeah. I'd say that the " ddr diet " is working quite well ;-). And on top of that, I'm getting so much better at DDR than I was. It's awesome. I couldn't stick to any other diet like I do this one because this one is fun :-).

... I broke my diet...
Guess what I'm eating right now, ICE CREAM and DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES.
*gags* I need to run. I'd rather play DDR, but you know, with a broken memory card and broken pads, it's just not as fun. So, yay to running.
But anywho, losing weight tip: Don't be an aspiring chef that bakes every week

id say sure stay off the diet but at least play more ddr.

Im taking foods next semester, so I am going to be taking class and *personal* notes. I am sort of an aspiring chef, but I want to be a *healthy* aspiring chef. When my restaraunt opens, you all get free meals But as for now, I just play ddr. Normally I have goals, like lately I have been entering EVERYTHING onto DDRecall, but when i dont i just play like 1-2 hours of it a day. Im obsessed with it.
