I do the DDR diet! I just did a lifestyle change... cut out the sweets, the pop, the junk food, I'm a vegetarian, cut out the starchey carbs, you name it. Every once in a while if I feel crappy I will crash diet which usually consists of calorie counting or some crazy fast.

I'm on the "I'm not on a diet" diet.
The "diet" I'm on is more of a lifestyle change. I don't eat fast food (or if I do it's very, very, very rarely) I don't drink regular pop, eat things like candy or cookies... basically I cut my sugar and fat intake down dramatically. I don't eat these things because I'm not allowed, I don't eat them because they're not healthy and I don't want to.
That and an insane amount of DDR. It's worked great for me so far.

burpees - The exercise (you've all seen it) where you start standing, then drop into a crouch, then out to a push up start (some variations throw in a leg scissor out and back), back to a crouch, then stand up, repeat ad infinitum.

Diets, crash diets, or temporary diets are exactly that crash and temporary. You have to make a lifestyle change. I am now a vegetarian, I am doing it in steps. first I cut out all meat but fish. I did this from March till August. Then I cut out the fish I now only eat dairy eggs and veggies. I hope to cut the eggs out someday but not yet, I am very lazy when it comes to reading the backs of boxes. WINGS

Actually the way I have always done burpees is like taht but instead of standing up you like jump ups as high as you can.
