ok so my mom wants me to write a grocery list of food since i never eat what she buys she wants me to pick out my own food. im tryin to eat healthy now so i wrote down stuff like whole wheat bread, mini wheats for cereal, and progresso soup. any ideas on what other foods would be good to eat since im tryin to lose weight?

well i figured the soup would be good because its always filled with tons of vegetables. neway im not sure what to put she already bought some food so ill just have to eat or starve.
