I was checking out a BMI calculator from EW's sticky, and apparently being 6'3" and 150 is normal?? I can understand 180, but what would 150 be like?

BMI are pretty bunk unless you are like morbidly obese. Just get a set of calipers and get your body fat % read. Shoot for 10-12% bf and you will be ace.

Hm. My BMI calculations have 6'3" 150# as about 18.something BMI. That's a little low for a man, IMO. I think BMI should be in the 20-25 range for guys. 150# is upper range for someone 5'6", would make a 6'3" look like a stick. But yes, BMI is harder to get a good read on in certain weight/build ranges (Michael Jordan is overweight by BMI measurement standards).
