My one weakness is Italian food. I loooove Italian food. It's not just some odd little every once in a while thing. I absolutely must have it at least once a week. Pasta, pizza, gelato. All pretty bad stuff for you. The worst thing would have to be the fact that I live in a pretty Italian neighbourhood and have the absolute greatest Italian deli and restaurant a comfortable three blocks from my house. can something so delicious really be all that bad? What are some of your weaknesses?

When I first started exercising and eating clean (had the knowledge for years, finally put it to use) I would pig out every sunday on anything I wanted.
Now after a month and a half.. things like pizza make my stomach turn and I "cheat" with things like homemade lean cheeseburgers and a small bag of chips.
It's incredibly hard to get going, but once you start it gets easier, especially once you can see results through pictures.

I knew the answer the second I hit post. Yes...it's horrible that's why it's so goood!
That whole pigging out thing kinda makes my tummy queasy.
My current temptation: Hostess powdered donettes.

My weakness is buffalo anything. Wings, chicken strips, you name it. It's so freaking good. And bad for you. *sigh*

Buffalo anything can be good, here is something I used to eat a while back
Ingredients:
1 Whole Wheat tortilla 1/4 cup Fat free mozzerella cheese 3 tbsp Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce 1 tbsp Ranch Dressing 3 oz chicken breast
Instructions:
Cook your chicken breast, then cut into small pieces Cook the WW tortilla, or skip this step if yours are already cooked Put 2 tbsp of frank's red hot buffalo sauce onto tortilla and spread. Place shredded chicken on top. Pour 1 tbsp of frank's red hot buffalo sauce on top of chicken. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cook in the oven at 350 for 5-7 mins. Pour 1 tbsp of ranch dressing on top.
Chow. Really freaking good.

I don't think they have Jack in the Box in Canada, but even if they did, I would never eat there. I took a food and safety course for work and they had a story about a family who got food poisoning from there. I don't remember exactly, but it was a mom, a dad and two kids.. the little boy and the mother died from food poisoning, I believe. So yea... the glory of fast food.

You're right about that. Food poisoning from one store does not make a chain bad. Health wise, it's abhorrent, though. Their Ultimate CheeseBurger has 1000 calories, give or take 40. Also, Chipotle is another chain here... One burrito, with the low fat mixin's, is 1050 calories. It's pretty crazy.

Chipotle has what I call the colon blaster 1000, or in this case the 1050.
