I've been using Fitday (www.fitday.com) after a member on this site mentioned it. On it, it calculates the vitamins in the food you eat each day and gives you a general idea of whether you're getting enough of each vitamin based on your age, etc.
So anyway, I found out almost every day I'm very low on Vitamin K and selenium (usually only 10-20% of what I should be having). I looked around online for a while, but I guess my googling skills are poor, because I couldn't find out: what foods have vitamin K and/or selenium, and what benefits do those vitamins have?
Thanks in advice for any info.
