Well, a can of dr. pepper probably has what, 150-200 calories in it? I'm sure you could fit it into your diet, just see where it fits in with your calorie goals.

Will it still be okay for me to have a can of this a day? I wouldn't recommend it... I'd suggest to try and ween yourself onto the diet stuff. Dr. Pepper is LOADED with sugar and calories, and you don't need to put that into your body. Treat yourself with a can every once in a while, but if you want to start living healthier cut it out

Or just not drink soda...I haven't had any soda in over a year and a half, go me! =P quit cold turkey too.

I won a two liter of the stuff from my dining hall about two weeks ago. I've had a little bit of it, and i just drank some, but I dont drink much pop anymore.
