Hey guys, I was searchin online for some people who were into working out with DDR, and I found you guys! I've been playin DDR for about 6 months now, and I have noticed as I have been playing, that I have dropped about 35lbs. And, since I have been overweight all my life, I have tried many diets only to find that most of them don't work. Now that I have found out what DDR can do for me, I am very excited and hope to lose the rest of my weight loss goals. And now I have you guys on my side for encouragement ...thanx and hope to talk to you guys soon!

Welcome! 35lbs in 6 months is awesome progress.
Re: diets - It's less about finding a diet plan and sticking to it, and more about making small but permanent changes in your eating habits. Like cutting out fried foods and sugar drinks (sodas, energy drinks, sports drinks, etc), eating more fruits and vegetables, etc. By making those small changes, the benefits add up over time.
