It's so strange... I want it so bad... and I used to be a religious player and follow a relatively healthy diet... for some reason I'm just stuck. I've been drinking less pop lately, and far less fast food, so I'm about ready to totally cut those off (as soon as the last few Pepsi's I have around are gone, not buying more)
But the exercise part is just hard to start back up. Even something simple like playing DDR on standard for 20 minutes a day is so foreign to me now. Maybe I burned myself out? Well, it's probably because nobody where I live now plays... I always enjoyed Pump it Up so so so much because I had so many friends there after school and on the weekend at the arcade... but no machine here...

Take a break, find something else active you enjoy doing, and go do it. Burnouts happen all the time. Remember why you chose DDR as an exercise in the first place, because it was fun to do. If it's no longer fun, then you don't have a reason to do it.

Yep, I agree with Abrannan. I'd recommend just trying to find some sort of exercise or active lifestyle activity that you find interesting, and try that for a while. Then you may rediscover your love for exercise. . . and go back to DDR!
