Hello everyone! My name is Erik but my friends call me Ren. Ive been doing a really good diet plan for about a month. On this diet I eat throughout the day(in small portions) and at night I have my dinner. Ive been doing this diet for about a month now, as well as DDR, and have lost 20 pounds in a month! Woot! ;D I was wondering if anyone had a certain number of calories I should be trying to lose on DDR(Daily with the workout mode). I currently set my number to 700 every day and its been working really well. So... any tips?

Sorry, not from me, but, thats awesome! 20 pounds in a month? Thats great! I'm sort of like you. I eat smaller now, and I'm beginning to play DDR a lot like I used to. I'm going to start trying the workout mode and I hope I get results like you! Did you lose weight in the stomach area by any chance? Thats my main goal, although I know you can't just lose at one area. =).

Thats also my goal too. I lost weight overall and some in the stomach for me to notice.
