Hi as mentioned above, is peanut butter fattening or is it good for losing weight?
i'm now eating multigrain bread with peanut butter..but i do spread alot of peanut butter! so is it ok?

Peanut butter is a great source of protein and some other stuff. It's only fattening if you eat too much of it. So, just stick to the portion size

Peanut butter is great for a lot of stuff. It can be good for dieting in moderation, as long as it's usually had at night. Generally, you want more carbs in the morning, and less as the day goes on, replacing the carbs with functional fats, which peanut butter is full of. In other words, enjoy in moderation!

^ does it not say on the jar? I can't remember myself, but I believe that it is a table spoon.
