I am in the process of trying to lose weight. I have a question about how long I should play. I really dont have too much time to play. I got school and work and homework, its a lot. I can probably get 40-60 mins a day.
And again,What is the recommended time I should play?

I do at least an hour a day, sometimes I go up to 1.5 hours if I have the time.
A lot of sites that I have read say that you should do at least 30 minutes exercise a day and that it is enough to lose weight if you also cut your calories a bit. So if you could do at least 30 minutes and really get your heart rate up and sweating, I think you would be fine.

Yep, Angie's got it. Just push yourself a bit and make sure you get your heart rate up and you'll do fine.
