well yeah, here i am, on yet another diet. I started one a few years back almost lost 20 pounds but I gave up. I lost total control lately, and i just realized that I was eating nearly 4000 calories a day, most of them from fried foods and cookies and other crap like that. I decided to stop, and to make a dedicated effort to stop what I am doing, and make a compete U turn in my life. I think, from your post, that you already know how to get a good start on making the lifestyle change you need to to lose weight. Drop the fired foods, swap the cookies for fruit, cut the soda and sugary drinks, and DDR, DDR, DDR.
