Well, after spending a considerable amount of time trying to read your post, You won't increase your metabolism by skipping lunch. You sound like a teenager, if that's the case, you want about 2000 calories. By eating your 3 main meals, and snacking on fruit / veg between meals, you can raise your metabolism. Is it dangerous not to eat enough? It can be, yes. especially as a teenager, it can for example, stop you reaching your potentual growth. Resulting in lower bone mass, and you might not reach your full height.

the main thing you can do to increase your metabolism is to eat more often, but with smaller portions. eating a bowl of cereal for breakfast is good, that jumpstarts your metabolism for the day. after that you should time your snacks (fruits, carrots, granola bars, stuff like that) for every three hours or so. lunch should be something light, like a lunchmeat sandwhich. dinner should be your only "full" meal of the day. and even so, watch your portions. in doing this, you should never really be "hungry" at any point in the day and your metabolism will be constantly running. remember to exercise too and good luck!

, so im guessin i have to do sumthin about my diet plan quick since i turn 18 in august n i heard u kant go anymore after ur an adult im i correct WTF does that mean? I'm trying to figure it out, but I can't. You think that once you turn 18 you can't diet? Can't change a bad habit? You can't possibly mean that, can you? ps - try to leave the 1337 sp3ak at the door. Most people here are too old to spend the time trying to decode it.

Yeah, 18 is just a number. Even though you may be 18 years old, physiologically speaking you aren't quite fully grown yet. Many, many people experience another growth spurt in college. But yes, please do take a few minutes and write your posts in actual, honest to god, english (or as close as you can come, I do understand that not everyone speaks english as a first language). It really helps those of us who don't IM and text as a first form of communication (yes, I know, we're old geezers who need to get with the times).

No, that's not true. *If* you are extremely obese, and *if* you lose a lot of weight very rapidly, you *can* end up with excess skin for a while. But it will be just that, empty skin. Not fat. And even that will tone up with time.

Nah. It's obese, but not to the levels that I'd be worrying about skin. Besides, even if it were a concern, wouldn't you rather have extra skin than extra fat?

The cut off age for males and females is different because of the growing period in each. It also varies from person to person just because we are all different.
It's been said that the cut off between being able to gain your figure back after loosing (x) amount of weight for males is 21-24, but this also depends on your work outs, and when you decide enough is enough.
Since I am male, I don't really know the "cut off" for females, but I'd guess 19-22. On top of that any skin can mold back to your body, it can take a long time, but it still happens.
The cause is that the fat stretched out the skin and now that it's gone, the skin sags because it was stretched. I've heard things like skin loses it's elasticity due to age, but really you can counter this by moisturizing your body and consuming MORE water.
Aside from all of this, you'd have to commit and find it within yourself to stop finding excuses not to and just do it to find out for yourself.
Losing hope is probably the biggest obstacle to overcome, it doesn't make the obstacles after any easier, but it is that much harder when you don't believe in yourself.
