I've gained at least 5 pounds over the last couple of weeks, yet thankfully, my waist size hasn't gone up.
Which is odd, I gained no christmas weight, went back to normal eating and gained.

Maybe I should try the weekly weigh-in for awhile, see if I can get rid of that very stubborn last 10 that has hung on for a long time.
How does it work? Is there a certain day of the week everybody here weighs in on, or just whenever?

Same old same old 141.0. For years I am between 135-140. But I'm only 5'2" so BMI is still too high.
So - will try weekly weigh-in for motivation.
Short-term goal - 135 . If I can do that I'll go for the other 5 as a new goal.
Hmmmm.....I should probably ditch the pancakes I'm eating right now.
