Hey guys, I'm 19 and a fairy big guy. I'm not that fat, I just am physically big. I'm about 6'6" and 275 lbs.
I can pass all 9's and Sakura, Bag, and Max 300 as far as 10s go. At least that was when I used to play a bunch. Now I can't probably pass Max 300.
Anyway, is there a specific routine I could go through to maximize my workout while playing? Normally I begin with an easy song like Freckles or something to try to AA it, and then slowly work up to faster songs.
Thanks for any info. I'm trying to lose the fat i have with ddr, and then gain more upper body strength so I can practice parkour, or freerunning.

I guess it all depends on who you ask. I personally like to play as long as possible so I will usually stick to 8's and 9's for an hour and then murder myself with 10's until I drop.
Some suggest to burst through the 10's but do it several times a day to maximize fat loss based on current studies. I haven't tried this yet as I doubt I could keep the spuratic schedule up.
