last week: 167 this week: 168 (the week of being sick and in bed yaaay)

I gained a pound this past week! I know I'm late on posting but I am so upset about it! However, my jeans are LITERALLY falling off of me. I walk across the room and have to pull my pants up. So I figure maybe I did lose some fat, but gained some muscle? I hope so anyway I moved up to burning at least 600 calories this week. Last week was 500 calories, and this week 600, next week I will try either 650 or 700 depending on how I feel. I would like to work up to burning about 1500 calories but we will see how that happens. I am a mother to three little girls, ages 6, 4, and 8 months so it isn't like I am swarmed with time!
