We just got our dance pads with the xbox we got from my brother in law so me and my wife can go side by side, that is the best!!! It is so much fun!!! I love that

I weighed this morning and I suck! LOL I want to redo everything though. I'm going to redo my ticker and everything so I know how fast I lose doing this. I suck right now though! LOL I did weigh this morning after having something to drink and with all my clothes on. So I know this is a few days off but I will weigh again tomorrow morning before drinking anything and without clothes and restart everything. I know I gained some over the Thanksgiving holiday. We just got our DDR yesterday so when I start weighing again it will be after this.

Can I join? I'm re-starting at 160 (up from 156 or so from 2 months ago) and with regular DDR sessions. Trying to get about an hour or so done every evening after work to supplement my workouts.

Absolutely... we just post our weight every week on Friday..or sometime during the weekend. Anyone can join anytime. It's motivating.

last week - 11.5 stone (about 160 pounds, I think) this week - 11 stone (About 154 pounds) I say last week, it's proberly more like 2 or 3 weeks ago. And the strage thing is, I don't even exercise anymore.
