I'm new :-)

Hello peoples..

I'm 19, i weighed 88 kilograms(194lbs)..

I have been eating healthy, and doing ddr for about 45 minutes a day for one month. I now weigh 83 kilograms (182lbs).

The main place i want to lose weight is around my stomach area, so i have also been doing crunches (About 30 a day) for about 2 weeks.

I play DDR on my pc, i use a program called stepmania and have as many songs as i want :-) i play all different songs and move them to a folder called "workout" which has songs i can keep playing and know they give me a good workout, without failing the song and getting angry

I hope to be 65kg (143lbs) before march, when i am going to japan for a month.

Ah well..



Anyhoo, my eating involves toast with vegemite (wholegrain) for breakfast.. (or skinny scrambled eggs (just 1 yolk, 3 whites))

Usually a sandwich for lunch..

And just whatever the chef of this family(my dad) cooks up (he was a chef for 15 years)..

If the parents are out, its usually canned soup..

Snack once per 2 days, unsalted peanuts or low-fat yogurt.

Sois my brother...he's a freak about Japan. If he finds anything with that stupid "made In..." tag and it says Japan...he like makes a stink and says he has to have it. Meh!
