I can do 40 mins to one hour of DDR a day. On Difficult to expert mode (It's different to American DDR, the one I use is Dance stage euro mix and dance stage party) And 50 minute's of swimming one day a week, and once school starts, PE. But the whole food thing is where I fail. Because, living under my mothers roof, I have to eat what is fed me. And although it's healthy and varied, it's not great for losing weight. The only thing I can really do is avoid cake and ice cream when it's offered to me as a desert and eat mainly fruit as snacks. Here's yesterdays meal:
Breakfast - Fruit smoothie, piece of fruit. Lunch - Ham and pickle sandwich (white bread. I know it's bad but I can't stand brown) Piece of cheese, a handful of cherry tomatoes (and on some days a few pringles) One piece of cake (I know, it's bad, but I don't eat cake everyday, probably more like every 3) Dinner - Spaghetti bolagnaise yoghurt
Unlimited snacks of fruit through out day.
Anyway, not being able to change much in the food I eat, I'm wondering if I can realistically lose about 10-14 pounds by the end of October? (I'm 154 at the moment)

With a nice, well-rounded diet like that and a good amount of cardio I can't really see any reason why you wouldn't be able to lose the weight by then. Just stick to the diet closely, try not to take much more than 1 "cheat" day for about every 2-3 weeks and you should be fine.

Thanks for replying =) Also, would it be just as effective if I did it in shifts. as in, 20 minute shifts 3 + times a day? Long shifts of time are unbearable for me at the moment.
Also, once I lose the weight, how often would I need to play to keep it off? The same amount everyday? I don't think I could do that for more than a few months. Would a half hour every other day suffice?
