Is it just me or do the calories seem too easy to lose?
In comparison to physical exertion, I feel that jogging 3 miles is MUCH more difficult than playing DDR for an hour.
Then again, maybe it all just has to do with the fact that whilst playing DDR, you are having fun and not thinking about how much you want to stop.

I say it's not accurate at all. I mean, it told me I'd burnt 200 calories in 15 minutes. If only it were true. Normal dancing is about 400-600 per hour, and I think that's the same for DDR perhaps.

I usually equate it to cal per hour that dance burns, yeah.
Definitely the cal counter is completely inaccurate....some games extremely more so than others.
