Proboards Upgrade

Well, after the longest "24 hour" downtime I've ever experienced, it appears we're back up and running (Yay!). As most of you know by now, you need to re-validate your account to join, which means you have to receive an e-mail from proboards to do it. Those of you with AOL accounts know the problems that can arise there (Thanks, Spam blocker!). I recommend you either temporarily change your e-mail to another free service (gmail, hotmail, yahoo mail, whatever) to receive your validation, or if you still have problems, e-mail me ([e-mail]) and I'll see what I can do, though I'm just learning what this new interface can do.

What exactly can you do as an admin, now, anyways

Pretty much the same things I could do as moderator all along, ban people, delete, move, or modify posts, look at all your deepest, darkest secrets and desires... You know, standard issue stuff.

There have been a number of significant changes. The ability to subscribe to threads, so you can track them in your profile. The quick reply box at the bottom of a thread allows you to reply without the additional server overhead of an additional page request.

i wish there was a view boards as one option, so you don't havta nav through all the different boards to read the puny amounts of new posts that appear daily
