I was just reading this magazine "First" and in it a cream that can losen fat cells into the bloodstream to be burned faster is mentioned. I know nothing is as good as conventional diet and exercise, but does anyone have a view on this? It's made from all natural substances. I'm not sure If I believe it, but they are saying it can "Spot reduce" where it is used. What do you guys think?
Also, >< I have a question about the average weight for my height. I know there are tons of grids and stuff that i can look at, but i have a hard time understanding them ,which might sound ridiculous. I'm five foot, and right now I weigh 138.

Well, my BS detector is going off pretty strongly on that cream. Loosen fat cells into the blood stream? Unless your body has a need to use those fat cells they'll just be redeposited elsewhere. All natural substances? Arsenic, and other poisons are all natural substances, too. It doen't mean they're good for you. Spot reduction is the holy grail of diet and exercise, so far nothing short of surgery can succeed at that.
Remember to think of the body as a system that respnds to stimulii. If you apply an exercise stimulii, your body will respond by raising your metabolism. If that exercise is working a particular muscle group past it's capabilities, your body will respond by adding more muscle tissue. How would your body respond to having a cream rubbed on it? You might get a good massage of the underlying muscle tissue, and your skin might absorb some nutrients and oils and become more supple, but to break down fat tissue and deposit it in your bloodstream?
As for your weight, your BMI is about 26.3 at your current weight. BMI's between 25 and 30 are overweight, over 30 is obese. You'll need to drop down to about 128-129 to hit a BMI of 25. Women who are very fit have BMIs around 18-20, which would be 92-102. So I'd say your traget shoud be around 125. Of course, breast size plays a lot into those calculations, as they add to your BMI without necessarily endangering your health.

Yeah, it does seem a lot like BS. It says you have to burn it off within a half hour otherwise it will just stick to somewhere else. Seems pretty fishy. But yeah, plus the weight losses they talked about were WAY to much in such a short time, pretty unhealthy. Thanks for letting me know what the averages for me are, I'm going to try to down to about 115 hopefully though.

Yeah that does seem kinda dumb. If this actually worked it would be ALL over the news and you would probably have a hard time finding it. Most likely it is just a cream that helps [Insert affect here] your skin.
