Hi everyone, my names Xavien. I've been trying unsuccessfully to lose weight for a year now, adjusting my diet and running 5 miles a day with no success. I got DDR last month and I've been using it just about everyday for fun purposes and actually losing weight (to my surprise).
I was just wondering if anyone had any tips for me or what foods and exercises are good?

Salads and fruits (but I'm sure you've heard that already); also, SUBWAY! =) For a filling snack I usually eat the small laughing cow light cheese balls (lol there's probably another name for them, but eh..) since they're relatively low in calories and filling. I think that if you eat light meals and play DDR at least 3-4 times a week, you'll definitely lose a lot of weight

Subway is full of salt though, so watch out for that.
Basically, any vegetables are good, and fruit in moderation (high sugar content). Servings of things like nuts and legumes are good for snacks too. Just make sure you give your body enough nutrients from what you eat, exercise, and you'll reap results.
