Advice:
1) Stop eating sugar for breakfast. You want protein, this takes longer to digest and will help with your mid-day hunger.
2) Sandwiches are better than conveinence food, again stay clear of simple starches and sugars. Whole wheat bread is best.
3) Your dinner should be a smaller meal to cap off your day. Vegetable heavy, smaller meat portion.

Frame your dinners around a vegetable, like a nice, big salad. Or some steamed broccoli (it's not hard to make). If you don't mind spending a few extra $ you can get the Green Giant frozen vegetables, and use one of those for two meals (they microwave up reall easy-like). For your protein add a little chopped up lunchmeat to your salad, or half a chicken breast (again, for a price you can get pre-cooked pre-sliced chicken at the grocery store). Or get a can of Chickpeas, they're good fiber and protein. Pre-made vegetarian chili, or even regular chili is surprisingly healthy. A vegetable soup is another good idea, preferrably not canned, as it tends to be very-high sodium, but you can find frozen stuff at the grocery store that isn't too bad (Though nothing beats homemade, and it's near impossible to ruin soup).
Cooking is a wonderful lifelong skill that will help save you money, impress your mate, and keep you eating right. Take the time to learn a recipe or two, and you'll be that much better off for it.

Im 15, so i can't drive as well. What do you think of the soups at safeway? Those "fresh made daly soups"? I love the spicy tortilla one with the fresh jalapeno bread. Makes my mouth water >_<
Also for breakfast, what do you reccomend? I need some specific examples, thanks.

Makes my mouth water >_< Those are precisely what I had in mind when suggesting soups. I'm a big fan of eggs, myself. I make a small omelette with two eggs and a little fat free cheese every morning. A bit of yogurt with some fresh berries (if in season) is good, too. Hard-boiled eggs if you like them.
