This is still good news, it means I've hit an equilibrium point, where the amount I'm eating (Not paying attention to diet, have had several bad things this week, Pizza 2x, King Size Hershey Bar, 2x Bag of Combos, French Fries) is at a near appropriate level for my level of activity (Didn't play DDR all week, did some light yard work). This means I can re-jumpstart my weight loss by paying a little bit more attention to my food intake, and increasing my energy output.

Okay, so I'm more than a bit late. Last week--125 This week--128 But that doesn't really surprise me. I know it's not really an excuse, but I've had IB testing and finals this week, which has been very stressful. There was also senior prom, which I really splurged on--the dessert was amazing. But as soon as testing is over--Wednesday--I really hope I'll have time to focus on exercise again.
