Thanks to DDR i lost 40 pounds and now i'm currently wieghtlifting. Being fat sucks I've hated it for 5 years now. I'm almost at my goal only a few more pounds to shed

Congratulations! Though I have to say that if you're weightlifting, you may find it difficult to lose those last few pounds. You may need to adjust your final goal to account for the muscle you're adding.

well this week i'm taking the day off from wieghtlifting and eating very heathly with a alot of exercise/DDR. I lost 2.2 pounds the first day but that could be water retention right? So i'll wait another day and see how it goes. Oh yeah long time no see I traded my computer for wieghts and as u can see i traded back lol.
