I just burned 800 calories in one sitting of ddr , is this healthy ? ;D ;D ;D
(with 5 minute breaks between every 2-3 standard/heavy songs)

The calorie counter in DDR is notoriously inaccurate. With a 5 minute break every 2-3 songs were you able to keep your heart rate up?

Yeah I'm aware of it's innacuracy, it said 1000 but I figure about 800, or is it even further off?
I took a break when I couldn't physically do another song without overheating..and played again once my breathing became normal.. so anywhere from 3-5 minutes depending on the songs that I played
I was sweating like a dog, by the time I was finished the towel I was using was pretty damp

i dont think its unhealthy in general. Only if your body can handle it though. and really, you are the only judge of that, (heart rate & all that stuff aside) personally, i think that as long as you can speak after a song is over its ok.
