I just wanted to share two websites. 1. www.dwlz.comDottie is on WW but she has gathered the calories for almost all major restaurants. If you scroll down on her site you will see the restaurant area. I eat out alot and her site allows me to make wiser choices. Some only give weight watchers points, but convert 1 point =50 calories It also has Canadian restaurants too! 2. www.dietfacts.comAll restaurants are in calories, but not as extensive list. I about fell over when I saw the calorie contend of some of the foods I used to eat weekly. Right now I am on a 1200 calorie diet and one large chocolate shake at McDonalds is 1176.

Yeah, it's amazing how high calorie a lot of the fast (and not so fast) food out there is. I would regularly top 1000-1200 calories a meal when I was gaining weight. Now I bring my lunch to work, and still eat ridiculous quantities of food, but the calorie count is less than 1/3 of what I was having.

One of my favorite foods is Dan Dan Noodles from PF Chang's. Well, that has 1200 calories! Now usually, it's too much food for me to finish in 1 meal, but I almost always finish it all that same day. Plus all my other food I'm eating that day. It's ridiculous!!!
