ive been trying to lose weight but no luck im currently 254 and i need to lose the weight i feel sick now every time i eat because i know im just getting bigger i need some advice on how to stay on track and whats good for me to eat like health wise tks in advance

In the words of abrannan: tell us about your diet, and give specific foods and amounts.
If you are like me, I eat too much per sitting, I am not cutting back on the bad food, just the amount that I eat. But also, mixing in some healthy foods wouldn't hurt, but I dont know what you are eating ;D.
