I am SO CLOSE to being under 200. Like, literally, I weigh 201-202 and I'm kicking my keister to get under 200.. It sucks, hardcore. I run 4 miles every other day, lift weights, sit ups, and ontop of that I do at least an hour of intense DDR a night, I do what I like to call "Catastrophic Runs". I do nothing but 9 footers and finish with a MAX, MAX300 or maxX Unlimited. But it's not working! And my diet has been good, too. Healthy foods, not eaitng out, etc.. Grr. S'all good... S'all good... Sorry, this was mostly a vent post.

Oh I totally hear you there. I think I will cry tears of joy when I get under the 200 mark. (I have a little more to go then you do - 14 lbs) Let us know when you hit it, and then go out and celebrate with some non-food related reward ;D Phoebe

This is going to sound completely counterintuitive, but take a week off. Drop back your playing to 7 footers, drop your runs down to a mile. Let your body get out of the expected routine. You may gain a pound of two, but what you're doing is letting your body know that this increased level of activity is by choice, not by force. Right now, your body is thinking "Oh no, he's been stranded out in the wilderness, and he's got to work very hard (exercise) to survive, and he's not getting high levels of food, either. I'll just hang on to this emergency reserve of energy (fat) for when the food finally does run out." BY dropping off the activity level for a brief period of time, you're giving your muscles a chance to rebuild, and your body has a chance to realize what the actual situation is.
Even if you don't take a week off, your body will realize that the increased level of activity isn't a bad thing, and that it's just a new norm for you, and it will give up the fat easier, but by taking a little time off, you're accelerating that process.

Here's another perspective. Maybe right where you are is a good goal weight for you? I don't know how tall or muscular you are, but maybe being under 200 isn't as realistic a goal for you?

Sounds like your gaining more muscle....cause muscle does weigh more than fat. Seems like the activities you're participating in are muscle inducing. That's a good thing....keep it up!

I am offended!
Jokin'.
Nah, I doubt that... I think it was my diet, mostly. I wasn't eating the best of foods and now this week I have no real choice but to do so, so yeah.

What does passover mean? is that a name of a song? I'm confused Ask one of your Jewish friends to explain Passover to you. Any Catholic should be able to give you a general idea as well.
